Hi there! Greetings from downunder in New Zealand where the Tao is live and well.
If you’re interested in improving your emotional, mental and physical health, I recommend Qi Gong (‘life energy enhancement’) as a proven and tested means. These practices have been passed down for thousands of years and they work!
For more information see my websites www.taohealth.co.nz and www.taoworkshops.co.nz
Cheers, Kim

Thanks Kim for sharing your beautiful website.
I discovered the magic of Qi-Gong last year actually and have been hooked!
i am also considering becoming a Master in Qi-Gong as I want to share its wonderous benefits to other human beings.
Do you know what is the best route to follow in order to become a good Master?
Thank you for your advice and any suggestions you may have.
Warmest regards
Nathalie Kennedy
hi Nathalie, many thanks for your question.
There is a huge difference between being a teacher / instructor and being a master. One cannot try to become a master, that happens as the end-result of becoming a master of life. There are very few true ‘masters’ of Qi Gong, and it is a ‘title’ that has to be earned through years, maybe lifetimes, of effort.
So, I presume you mean teacher or instructor? If so, just keep practicing and training and follow whatever school(s) of Qi Gong you are drawn to, and you will find your way.
The most important thing to remember is a principle from the Zhineng school of Qi Gong: ‘Zi Du, Du Ren’ – lift yourself up, lift others up’ – this means that we can only help others to the extent that we help ourselves first.
Hope that helps!
